How can I place an order on Seamona’s website?

Browse our collections, choose your favorite items, select any available options, and click “Add to Cart.” Once your order is complete, you can reach us at info@seamonadesign.com with your order number for any follow-up.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and enjoy exclusive benefits.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping and handwritten notes. You can request these during checkout or by leaving a note with your order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status online.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with its original tags and packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
