2) Scope & Eligibility

We sell products exclusively to consumers for personal use (not for resale). By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally authorised to use your chosen payment method and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to purchases made on our website, wherever you are located.

3) Orders & Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept most major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal (availability varies by country). All online payments are securely processed via Adyen.

• Payment Processing: Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and verified at checkout.

• Pricing & Availability: Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund for the amount paid.

• Security: For security purposes, we reserve the right to verify orders and decline or cancel any transaction where fraudulent activity is suspected.

4) Shipping & Delivery

• UAE Delivery: Delivery times within the UAE vary depending on your location and order cut-off times.

• International Shipping: Shipped via Aramex or DHL (depending on the service selected and destination). Estimated delivery takes between 4–5 working days depending on the destination (some regions, such as active conflict zones, may not be serviceable).

• Duties & Taxes: For all international destinations, the recipient is strictly responsible for any local import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be completely unused, with all original brand tags attached, the security label intact and unbroken, and in their original packaging.

• Hygiene Regulations: Swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the protective hygiene sticker kept intact; swimwear with missing or altered hygiene seals will not be accepted. Jewellery cannot be tried on or returned for hygiene reasons.

• Refunds: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. International orders are non-refundable and final sale. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Customers Located in Turkey — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in Turkey, Turkish consumer protection law — Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) — grants you a statutory right of withdrawal ("cayma hakkı"). You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty, by notifying us in writing (email is acceptable) within that period. As with our general policy above, the cost of returning the product is borne by you as the Buyer.

The full terms of this statutory right, including the categories of goods it does not apply to and the relevant dispute-resolution bodies (Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts) in Turkey, are set out in our separate Distance Sales Agreement (Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi) for Turkish customers.

Nothing in this Section 5 limits or replaces this statutory right. Where our policy above and Turkish statutory rights differ, the term more favourable to you as the consumer will apply.

For International Customers

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any statutory consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence, to the extent such law applies to your purchase.

6) Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• They are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).

• Please treat gift cards like cash; we are not responsible for, and cannot replace, lost or stolen cards.

7) Intellectual Property & Trademarks

• Ownership: All content on this website — including photographs, product imagery, graphics, text, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Seamona Design or used under licence. All content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• No Unauthorised Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any content from our website for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our express written consent. We actively monitor our IP and will take legal action against unauthorised use.

• Personal Use: You may download or print a single copy of website content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8) Product Images, Links & Liability

• Visual Accuracy: We strive to display product colours and textures as accurately as possible; however, actual colours may vary depending on your device screen and lighting conditions.

• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy policies of any external websites linked from our platform.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seamona Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.

9) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (onshore UAE).

If you are a consumer resident in Turkey, this clause does not deprive you of your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Turkey, as set out in our Distance Sales Agreement for Turkish customers. If you are resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, this clause similarly does not deprive you of the protection of those mandatory rules, to the extent they apply to your purchase and cannot be excluded by agreement.

10) Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting.
