At Seamona Design, we want you to love your purchase. If things don’t go quite as planned, we’ve made our return and exchange process as simple and seamless as possible for our customers across the MENA region.

Please note: Gift Cards, Swimwear/Intimates (with broken hygiene seals), Accessories, and Custom/Personalized items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
3. Return Conditions & Guidelines
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, all returned items must meet the following strict conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this timeframe will be automatically denied.

Items must be in their original, unaltered condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged.

Fabric must be completely free of any scents, perfumes, makeup, or deodorant stains.

All original brand tags, security ribbons, labels, and designer packaging (including dust bags or detachable belts) must be fully intact and attached.

Security Tags: If an item arrives with a security tag attached, removing or tampering with the tag will void your eligibility for a return.
Seamona Design reserves the right to deny a refund if the items do not meet these policy requirements. In such cases, the items will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I return sale or promotional items?
Yes, regular sale items are eligible for a refund or exchange within our standard 14-day window. However, items purchased during special Flash Sales or marked as Final Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only (store credit is valid for one year).
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We maintain a high standard of quality control, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at info@seamonadesign.com with photo evidence and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away at no extra cost to you.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD payments are non-refundable in cash. Instead, a refund will be issued via Store Credit (valid for one year) or electronic bank transfer where applicable.
Are original shipping fees, duties, and taxes refundable?
No. Shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, any international customs duties, clearance fees, or local taxes paid upon delivery in your country cannot be refunded by Seamona Design. If you received free shipping on your order and choose to return all items, the shipping fee originally covered by us may be deducted from your final refund.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
You may request an order cancellation within 1–2 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet entered production or shipping logistics, we will issue a full refund immediately. Please allow 4–5 business days for the cancellation refund to clear.
