At Seamona Design, we want you to love your purchase. If things don’t go quite as planned, we aim to make our return and exchange process as transparent, fast, and seamless as possible for our customers across Turkey, the MENA region, and worldwide.

2. Quick Overview: How to Return or Exchange
• Step 1: Email our customer care team at info@seamonadesign.com or message our WhatsApp Support Line with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• Step 2: Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping or courier collection options based on your country.
• Step 3: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality control inspection, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed promptly.

Important 14-Day Rule: To be eligible for a return, your items must physically arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Exceptions: Gift Cards, Swimwear/Intimates (with broken or damaged hygiene seals), Accessories, and Custom/Personalized items are considered "Final Sale" and are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Return Conditions & Guidelines
To ensure your return or exchange is approved, all items must strictly meet the following requirements:
• Return Shipping Costs: Except for orders within the UAE, all return shipping fees, postal charges, and local logistics expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Seamona Design does not provide free return labels or cover return shipping costs for Turkey and International orders.
• Timeframe: Items must reach our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this timeframe will be automatically denied.
• Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition — unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged.
• Fabric Hygiene: Fabric must be completely free of any scents, perfumes, deodorant stains, or makeup marks.
• Tags & Packaging: All original brand tags, security ribbons, labels, and designer packaging (including dust bags or detachable belts) must be fully intact and attached to the product.
• Security Tags: If an item arrives with a security tag attached, removing, cutting, or tampering with the tag will completely void your eligibility for a return.
Seamona Design reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet these policy requirements. In such cases, the items will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense (cash on delivery for shipping).
